Returns & Refund Policy
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Should you have any problems with your order you must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order.
Please note, Eye Envy Original Solution is *not* refundable. All other non-refrigerated items can be returned for a full refund.
When we receive the items back from you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the day you have given notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, but not the costs you incur in returning the item(s) to us and we are also unable to refund the original delivery charge.
For your protection we recommend that you use a trackable delivery service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Items should be returned to us in their original, undamaged packaging. We are unable to accept returns for part used items or damaged products.
